1. Mining (Training): Thousands of users train on different data (Wiki, Science, Code) locally.
2. Aggregation: The Server collects only the mathematical "insights" (Gradient Updates) from everyone.
3. Syncing: Periodically, your browser downloads the "Combined Wisdom" (Global Weights) from the server.

It's like downloading an Encyclopedia written by 10,000 people. You have the full book on your desk; you don't need to call the authors to read a page.
