Ailo Network is a decentralized application that utilizes user computing power to train artificial intelligence models. Users contribute "hashrate" (computational power) in exchange for Ailo Coins (AILO).

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to manipulate the mining algorithm or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Be responsible for the security of your account credentials.
• Acknowledge that AILO Coins have no guaranteed monetary value and are experimental utility tokens.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, stability, or availability of the Service.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ailo Network be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
